With oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, granola bars are designed to give you a quick burst of energy that is sustained throughout the day. Made with a little sugar or honey, they are also a slightly sweet treat. Oats are nutritionally rich and packed full of protein and antioxidants. Yoghurt with Granola
