Made with a little sugar or honey, they are also a slightly sweet treat. Oats are nutritionally rich and packed full of protein and antioxidants. Nuts and seeds are high in protein and good fats (when eaten in moderation) and also provide the body with slow released energy to sustain you throughout the day.
Yoghurt with Granola
With a combination of jumbo oats, seeds, berry Greek yoghurt, fruit, chia seeds and nuts, this simple little jar packs a nutritional punch.
